Data Privacy Notice

Purpose

I understand that my personal, educational, and employment information will be collected by Isabela State University – San Mariano Campus for Graduate Tracer Study, institutional research, curriculum improvement, and accreditation purposes, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). I consent to the processing of my data for these purposes.

• Educational records (Student ID, program, batch year, major/track)
• Employment and tracer survey responses
• Login activity and audit logs (for system security)

• Graduate tracer studies and institutional reporting

• Alumni account access and official notices (when email is provided)

Your rights

Under RA 10173, you may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent by contacting the campus Data Privacy Officer or the Graduate Tracer System administrator.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted credentials where configured, session timeouts, and activity logging to protect your information. Do not share your password with anyone.
